I strongly believe that a leader who adopts a transformational leadership style is the best fit for our workplace. Transformational leaders inspire their team members to reach their full potential, instilling in them a sense of purpose and motivation. They empower their followers to take ownership of their work, fostering a sense of responsibility and accountability. Furthermore, transformational leaders prioritize the growth and development of their team members, creating a culture of continuous learning and improvement. An excellent example of a transformational leader is Miss Rana Khan, who inspired and motivated her team to produce a successful learning experience at the conference for TEFL Kuwait. Under her leadership, her team felt valued, respected, and empowered.
